Who do we serve?

The Housing Authority provides housing assistance to eligible very low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled.

The Asheville Housing Authority provides safe, quality, and affordable housing to eligible households throughout Buncombe County. The Housing Authority also works to expand available resources, in part by collaborating with community partners to increase opportunities for resident self-reliance and economic independence.
